After years navigating the tumultuous hurricanes of food chaos, alcohol and substance abuse, mental health labels, and a non-existent sense of self-worth... I finally discovered the path to health and peace through the transformative powers of fitness, yoga, and mindset rewiring. Today, I live in harmony with my body and have maintained sobriety for years. This journey has blessed me with a wonderful life, extraordinary loving relationship and the greatest gift of all—my daughter.
